Course Description: This workshop is designed to assist leaders at all levels to become leaders of change within their organizations. Successful change within any organization happens through leadership, relationship building, and communication. You will gain the tools for leaders to use when implementing change.
Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
Discuss the resistance to change
Describe what people experience in the change process
Identify steps to effectively lead employees through change
Teaching Methodology and Assessment: Methodology - Lecture, discussions, power point presentations, and real life experiences.
Criteria for Successful Completion: To receive a Clayton State University Continuing Education Certificate and CEUs, you must attend 100% of the class sessions, actively participate, and complete a course evaluation.
